Dean, College of Nursing & Health Sciences

The Company is seeking a Dean for its College of Nursing and Health Sciences. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, collaborative, and strategic leader with a strong background in academic health professions programs. The Dean will be responsible for the College's academic and administrative leadership, including strategic planning, enrollment growth, faculty and staff development, budgeting, accreditation, and community engagement. This role is pivotal in addressing the healthcare workforce needs of the region and the state, and the successful candidate will be expected to have a record of success in a similar leadership position and an earned doctorate relevant to the disciplines within the College. The Dean will work closely with University leadership, faculty, staff, students, alumni, healthcare partners, and donors to articulate a compelling vision for the College and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability. The position requires a leader who can build upon the College's strong foundation and guide its next phase of growth, impact, and excellence.
