Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer to lead its next chapter and build on its life-changing work. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the organization's strategic direction, developing partnerships, and strengthening the foundations for lasting impact. This hands-on, outward-facing role requires a leader who can combine strategic leadership with practical involvement in income generation, service development, and organizational management. The CEO will work closely with the Board and an experienced specialist team, championing the organization's mission and ensuring that the voices of those it serves are at the forefront of its work. We are looking for a compassionate and forward-thinking leader with a track record in fundraising, commissioning, or service development. The ideal candidate will have a supportive and collaborative approach to people leadership, valuing the team's specialist expertise and helping colleagues to develop. While a clinical or therapeutic qualification is not essential, the CEO must be able to lead specialist services with credibility, sensitivity, and care. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of survivors, and the successful candidate will be expected to maintain a clear focus on safeguarding, quality, and accessibility, and to champion the organization's work with partners across the region.
