Associate Vice President, Content Design

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Content Design to lead the transformation of digital customer and advisor interactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and curating clear, intuitive, and useful content that enhances the user experience across a range of digital platforms. This includes traditional digital interfaces as well as more modern, AI-enabled, and conversational experiences. The role demands a leader who can turn complex information into easily digestible content, ensuring that customers can engage with the digital environment confidently and effectively. Key responsibilities for the AVP, Content Design include planning, designing, and writing content for various digital formats, conducting in-depth content research, and testing to understand customer needs. The role also involves shaping the company's brand voice, applying content governance models, and designing accessible content. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating the impact of content on user experience, be adept at making data-driven content decisions, and have a background in structured and modular content, content management systems, and design systems. A degree in a relevant discipline and at least 5 years' experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy are required, with a preference for those familiar with Figma and the financial services industry.
