This includes owning the business leadership of the CRM platform, embedding AI-driven opportunities into banker workflows, and improving visibility into sales activities. A key focus is on AI fluency within commercial banking, with the role involving the development of new data sources, AI models, and measurement capabilities to support sales effectiveness and client engagement. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in business analysis for commercial banking, with a strong emphasis on customer and relationship growth.
