Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to oversee financial operations across its operating businesses and serve as a key member of the executive team. The role will use financial analysis and operational insights to improve profitability, pricing, productivity, capacity utilization, and cash flow. Responsibilities include leading annual planning and quarterly forecasting, monitoring KPIs, strengthening financial processes and controls, and overseeing contracts, pricing, audits, and capital expenditures. The CFO will advise senior leadership and the board, support strategic and continuous-improvement initiatives, and lead the development and performance of finance and accounting teams. Candidates must hold a business or accounting degree and have at least 10 years of senior financial management experience, including experience scaling a finance function and leading turnarounds or restructurings. Manufacturing and construction industry experience is required, along with the ability to connect financial planning with operational performance. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or CPA and experience with private equity, acquisitions, or divestitures. Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and change-management skills are important for success.
