Executive Director, Active Adult Senior Living Community Greater Dallas, TX Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the operations of an active adult senior living community. The role oversees multiple departments and is accountable for resident satisfaction, occupancy, financial performance, team culture, and daily execution. Responsibilities include building trusted relationships with residents, families, staff, and community stakeholders; developing and coaching teams; supporting sales and marketing efforts; and managing budgets and operational performance. The Executive Director also ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and works with senior leaders to implement organizational priorities. Candidates should have at least two years of director-level or higher leadership experience in senior living, hospitality, or a related field, along with experience managing multiple departments and developing strong teams. The role requires sound financial and analytical judgment, effective problem-solving, and comfort using business technology; spreadsheet and customer relationship management software experience is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required, while a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in senior living, independent living, active adult communities, property management, or hospitality is highly desired.
