Vice President, Real Estate Loan Asset Management

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Real Estate Loan Asset Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the North American and Australian loan book, with a primary focus on supervising the company's exposure and actively managing loan positions. This role involves maintaining relationships with client contacts across multiple regions, as well as with internal partners. The VP will be expected to develop and lead strategic initiatives to enhance the asset management platform, actively monitor the loan portfolio, provide direction to asset management analysts, and contribute to key deal-level decisions. Additionally, the role includes leading portfolio analysis presentations, overseeing third-party loan servicers, and interacting with borrowers for performance updates. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 6 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, including asset management, servicing, banking, finance, or investing. The role requires robust presentation capabilities, excellent data management, and Excel cash flow modeling skills, as well as experience with Argus. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work both autonomously and in a collaborative environment, and possess the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines. A willingness to travel is also necessary. The company values individuals who are adaptable, detail-oriented, and demonstrate critical thinking, customer service, and teamwork.
