Head of Finance, Industrials

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead its North American finance function. The successful candidate will be a key member of the local leadership team, providing both financial leadership and commercial insight. This role is pivotal in the organization's focus on operational excellence, leadership development, and market expansion. Responsibilities include leading and developing a finance team, delivering accurate financial processes, strengthening financial controls, and acting as a trusted adviser to senior operational stakeholders. The Head of Finance will also be involved in a significant ERP and finance systems transformation initiative and will be expected to manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisers, and regulatory bodies. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a CPA or CMA qualification, with at least 10 years' of relevant finance and accounting experience. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, as well as demonstrated experience in supporting ERP or finance systems implementations.
