A key aspect of the role is to drive portfolio monitoring for delinquent loans and support initiatives to manage portfolio performance effectively. The position requires a strong background in credit risk and collections strategies, hands-on experience in portfolio monitoring, and proficiency in analytical tools such as Python, SQL, SAS, Power BI, and Tableau. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 9 years' experience, with a proven track record in project management, and the ability to lead end-to-end initiatives. Essential capabilities include decisioning analytics, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
