Associate Vice President, Financial Crime Operations

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for a permanent, full-time role in Financial Crime Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational support to the Financial Crime Operations teams in India. This includes enabling effective workforce management and reporting, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining financial oversight. The role is critical for leadership coordination and enhancing the colleague experience. Key responsibilities for this role include maintaining Workday structures, validating monthly recharge data, and publishing budget vs. actual reports. The role also involves managing the onboarding process for new hires, including technical training, and supporting process changes. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in finance, business, or a related discipline, and will be adept at managing Workday structures, cost centers, and financial reconciliations. The Associate Vice President will be expected to deliver accurate headcount and attrition reports, maintain backfill trackers, and align demand reconciliation with central teams. Strong organizational and planning skills are essential, as is the ability to ensure governance compliance and audit readiness. The role also requires the coordination of leadership rhythms, executive visits, and engagement activities, as well as strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
