The Company is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their team at the Associate Vice President level. This role involves coaching and guiding the team to perform at their best, removing impediments to progress, and working closely with the product owner to maintain a well-prepared product backlog. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successful Scrum adoption, a Scrum Master certification, and a strong background in modern development practices and tools. Key responsibilities for the Scrum Master include facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, coaching Agile teams on various methodologies, and partnering with product owners and stakeholders for effective backlog management and delivery planning. The role also requires the ability to identify and remove delivery impediments, manage risks, and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration within the team.
