Applicants for the Associate position should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, with a strong academic track record. A minimum of 1-3 years of professional work experience is required, with a preference for those in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have experience at an audit firm or fund administrator, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, and knowledge of PowerPoint and Word is preferred.
