The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. They should be adept at managing lender relationships, overseeing debt compliance, and leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. A collaborative, high-performing culture is essential, and the CFO will be expected to build and develop the finance and accounting team accordingly. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to partner with the executive team on capital allocation decisions and long-term growth initiatives. A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field is necessary, and a CPA or MBA is preferred.
