The Company is seeking a Director, Special Projects to act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, driving high-priority initiatives that support the company's integrated care and procurement strategy, operational performance, and clinical outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring and leading complex, cross-functional projects, developing executive-ready communications, and ensuring that management processes are strengthened to support enterprise decision-making. This role requires a minimum of 7 years' of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, project leadership, or a similar role, with a preference for those with a background in healthcare services and experience with payors, physician networks, and value-based care models. Candidates for the Director, Special Projects position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or graduate degree preferred, and a proven track record of top performance and commitment to improving the healthcare system. Essential skills include advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, strong analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization. The role demands a highly organized individual with a structured working style, strong project management discipline, and the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a resourceful problem solver, and have a results-focused mindset, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and work effectively with limited oversight.
