Executive Director, Clinical Operations

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Clinical Operations to lead and oversee the clinical strategies and operations of its home health organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning clinical performance with business growth and compliance objectives, developing and implementing systems to ensure Medicaid and Medicare compliance, and driving performance management to enhance clinical quality and accountability. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of Directors of Nursing, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and contributing to the organization's expansion strategies. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include holding Directors of Nursing accountable for clinical excellence and operational efficiency, overseeing compliance with documentation standards, and managing data-driven performance systems. The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, a BSN degree, and a proven track record in leading multi-site clinical teams. Strong knowledge of Medicaid programs, OASIS documentation, and home health EMR platforms is essential, as is proficiency in analytics tools to support decision-making. The role requires an individual with executive presence, the ability to influence senior leadership, and experience in scaling operations, particularly in a growing or private equity-backed organization.
