Investment Banking Vice President

The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to support and lead M&A advisory and capital-raising assignments. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing pitch books, information memorandums, management presentations, and financial models; conducting valuation and financial analysis; and overseeing due diligence and transaction processes. The Vice President will engage directly with client executives, coordinate deal execution, and support outreach to potential investors and acquirers. The role also includes guiding junior colleagues and contributing to business development, relationship management, and sourcing new opportunities. Candidates should have at least six years of experience in investment banking or M&A advisory, ideally with exposure to consumer, business services, agriculture, or industrials transactions. Strong analytical and accounting skills, along with expertise in financial modeling and valuation, are required. Applicants should demonstrate leadership and team-management capabilities and advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. A FINRA Series 79 or Series 7 license is preferred.
