The Company is seeking a Vice President, M&A Integration to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the acquisition closing and transition activities, from the signing of a letter of intent through the first 30 days of ownership. This role requires a highly organized and execution-oriented individual with a strong background in project management, operational and financial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include owning the closing and transition process for assigned acquisitions, developing and managing project plans, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and partnering with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition. The role also involves monitoring key transaction items, coordinating Day 1 readiness, and supporting post-close stabilization. Applicants for the Vice President, M&A Integration position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8 years' of experience in project management, M&A transactions, or a related role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, and experience in all stages of the acquisition process. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve in ambiguous situations are essential. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build trust with executives and cross-functional teams, and proficiency in project management tools. A background in private equity, transaction advisory, or M&A integration is preferred, along with experience in developing scalable transaction processes and a willingness to travel as needed.
