Vice President, Product Manager

The Company is seeking a Vice President or Assistant Vice President Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and delivery of technical product initiatives aligned with business goals. The role partners with engineering teams and business stakeholders to shape product roadmaps, prioritize work, and turn complex requirements into actionable solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing data-driven applications, models, integrations, and API capabilities; gathering requirements; and coordinating testing and implementation. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional initiatives, communicate progress and risks to senior leadership, mentor team members, and identify opportunities to improve platform functionality and operational efficiency. Candidates should have 6–10 or more years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced, agile technology environment, and a record of leading technical teams and delivering complex technology products. A strong understanding of software architecture, API development, and system integrations is required, along with experience analyzing data, using SQL, and working with complex data structures. Applicants should be able to translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Experience in financial services, financial technology, or related fields is preferred; a background in data engineering or quantitative analysis is an advantage.
