The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining configuration control and traceability, as well as driving operational excellence and transformation initiatives. This role involves collaboration with local and global cross-functional teams across various functions to ensure seamless execution and outstanding delivery performance. The Chief of Operations will also be tasked with championing Design for Operations principles, leading the development of industrial manufacturing management plans, and managing the improvement action plan to achieve industrial QCD targets. Applicants for the Chief of Operations position at the company should have a degree-level education, preferably in manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, or supply chain disciplines, or equivalent experience.
