Vice President, Digital & IT, Manufacturing Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Digital & IT for Manufacturing Operations to lead the technology agenda and partner with operational leaders across a complex manufacturing environment. The role translates business priorities into a practical digital roadmap, leads technology-enabled improvement, and manages a prioritized portfolio from planning through delivery and adoption. Responsibilities include overseeing service performance, integration, cyber resilience, operational risk, investment, and measurable business benefits. The Vice President will also build trusted relationships across functions, develop a high-performing team, and lead the organizational changes needed to sustain improvements. Candidates should bring senior leadership experience in a large, complex manufacturing or engineering organization, along with a record of delivering operational improvement and leading change. Strong knowledge of factory operations, production systems, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing performance is important, as are portfolio prioritization, stakeholder leadership, and commercial and financial acumen. The role requires the ability to guide technology decisions and hold specialist teams accountable; deep technical expertise is not essential. A relevant degree or equivalent experience is required, and experience in aerospace, defence, or another highly regulated advanced manufacturing sector is desirable.
