The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality to spearhead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide quality strategy across its multiple precision manufacturing facilities and brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role involves overseeing QMS, IATF 16949/ISO 9001 compliance, supplier quality, APQP/PPAP, warranty and field-return analysis, and quality improvement initiatives. The VP of Quality will also be a key partner with various internal teams to enhance product quality, reduce the cost of poor quality, and establish consistent quality standards. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of progressive quality leadership experience in precision manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive multi-site quality role. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, manufacturing, or a related technical field is required, along with strong expertise in quality management systems and methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive, powersports, performance automotive, or motorsports, and hold certifications such as CQE/CMQ-OE, Six Sigma Black Belt, and/or IATF 16949 Lead Auditor. The role demands a proven ability to lead multi-site teams, influence executive stakeholders, and drive organizational change, as well as the willingness to travel frequently to manufacturing facilities, suppliers, and customers.
