Vice President of Quality

Greater Cleveland, OH Area
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality to spearhead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide quality strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading quality initiatives across multiple precision manufacturing facilities and brands, with a focus on QMS, IATF 16949/ISO 9001 compliance, and continuous improvement. This role involves overseeing a range of quality processes, including supplier quality, APQP/PPAP, warranty and field-return analysis, and leading a multi-site team to ensure consistent quality standards. The VP of Quality will also be a key partner with various departments to enhance product quality, reduce the cost of poor quality, and champion Lean/Six Sigma practices. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive quality leadership experience in precision manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive multi-site quality role. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, manufacturing, or a related technical field is required, along with strong expertise in quality management systems and methodologies. Experience in automotive, powersports, performance automotive, or motorsports manufacturing environments is strongly preferred. The role demands a proven track record in leading multi-site teams, influencing executive stakeholders, and driving organizational change, as well as relevant certifications such as CQE/CMQ-OE, Six Sigma Black Belt, and/or IATF 16949 Lead Auditor. The ability to travel frequently is also a key requirement.
