Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer and Director of Finance to provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership across its MENA region. The role will drive business performance, financial results, transformation, and operational excellence, while advising regional leadership on business planning, profitability, and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include delivering financial analysis and reporting, overseeing governance, compliance, risk management, and business continuity, and directing office operations and shared services. The successful candidate will also lead cost-control and real-estate initiatives, coordinate regional and global priorities, and develop high-performing teams while fostering collaboration and a positive workplace culture. Candidates should have 10–15 years of broad business operations leadership experience, including a proven record in major law firms. They should bring strong financial and commercial acumen, experience leading enterprise-wide change, and the ability to coordinate diverse business functions and develop effective teams. Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and writing skills are essential, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex, multinational environments. An undergraduate degree is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
