Associate Vice President, Global Operations Team Lead Greater Dublin, Ireland Area

The Company is seeking a Global Operations Team Lead with a strong background in managing and supporting mission-critical production software applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a global operations team that supports and enhances clients' operational use of the company's systems. This role demands a hands-on approach to client issue management, production support, and product enhancements, as well as the ability to lead and develop staff. The Team Lead will be the primary escalation point for operational issues, work to improve the service and delivery model, and ensure that the team meets the company's business objectives. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 7 years' of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years' in a management or leadership position. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in a high-growth, mission-critical software-based operations and support environment, and the ability to manage staff through multiple projects with changing deadlines. Strong technical skills are essential, including experience with RDBMS, Windows, ETL, MQ, PL/Transact SQL, and web services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, and be adept at project and staff management, as well as mentoring. Experience with servers and networks is preferred, and the ability to manage issue diagnosis and resolution, as well as oversee technology management, is highly valued.
