The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for its Private Equity Fund Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end fund administration, including client services, financial reporting, investor relations, and capital event servicing. This role demands a proactive individual with a client-centric approach, capable of managing the full spectrum of fund administration for a portfolio of private equity and debt funds. Key responsibilities include managing accounting, audit, and reporting functions, as well as LP and investor capital events. The role also requires the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, defend against service scope creep, and ensure the successful execution of control frameworks. Applicants for this role at the company should be dedicated, data literate, and possess strong communication skills. A background in private equity fund administration or the alternatives funds industry is preferred, along with experience in US/Lux/UK GAAP and IFRS. The ideal candidate will be a qualified or part-qualified accountant, with a proactive attitude, excellent organizational and planning skills, and a strong acumen in data management. Experience with Alteryx and knowledge of FIS Investran, Arcesium, or equivalent double-entry accounting platforms is a distinct advantage.
