The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance function and hold senior responsibility for its safeguarding framework. The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, with a focus on financial and regulatory reporting, safeguarding, capital and liquidity, tax, audit, and financial controls. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with the Central Bank of Ireland's requirements and will involve close collaboration with the Board, Executive Committee, and Risk and Compliance Committee. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain the company's financial and safeguarding policies, oversee financial controls, and ensure that the finance function is adequately resourced to meet its obligations. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar role, with a strong background in management and statutory reporting, external audit, budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and tax. The role requires a qualified accountant with significant senior finance experience within a regulated financial services firm, particularly in the areas of safeguarding, regulatory reporting, capital, and liquidity. The ideal candidate will have experience in intercompany accounting and cost allocations within an international organization, and the competence to obtain and retain Central Bank approval for the PCF-11 and PCF-56 roles. Strong communication skills, the ability to engage with regulators and senior stakeholders, and a global-first mindset are essential.
