Executive Vice President, Custody Services Greater Dublin, Ireland Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for its Custody Services. The successful candidate will be a core member of the Custody team, responsible for delivering award-winning services for complex fund structures. This role involves working with industry professionals to ensure a seamless client experience, particularly in the areas of new client mandates, business pitches, and client presentations. The EVP will also be involved in FTE and resource forecasting, leading and coaching staff, and overseeing the daily operations of global teams to meet department goals and client deliverables. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in fund administration, with a specialization in hedge funds and fund of funds. Strong leadership, supervisory, negotiation, and communication skills are essential. The role requires a candidate with a degree in accounting or a related field, and a CPA designation is an advantage. The EVP will be expected to have a proven track record in project management, be detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. Responsibilities also include establishing and managing client SLAs, generating KPI reporting, and contributing to global processing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at risk management and be able to exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
