Vice President, Reference Data Lead, Technology Product Management Greater Dublin, Ireland Area

The Company is seeking a Technology Product Management Lead Analyst with a focus on Master and Reference Data. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business and functional requirements for complex corporate action initiatives, driving product backlog management, and leading data modeling and mapping across various feeds. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, including clients across business lines, operational partners, IT, and PMO, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, authoritative reference data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the master or reference data space, particularly in the instrument or corporate actions lifecycle, and expertise in data mining, profiling, and transformation. Key responsibilities for this senior individual contributor position include leading the definition of product vision, driving product roadmaps, and managing backlogs to maximize business value and platform adoption. The role also involves leading engagements with data providers and vendors, defining and governing data quality rules, and identifying opportunities for automation and AI-ready data use cases. The candidate should have a proven track record of working with senior stakeholders, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SQL. Experience in business process reengineering, modern system architectures, and a data-oriented approach with excellent attention to detail are essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 5 years in a relevant field, is required.
