The Company is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as an Associate Vice President - Senior Business Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and reviewing business requirements, conducting data and requirement analysis, and providing strategic support for code build in systems. This role involves proactive communication and collaboration with both external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements, as well as delivering necessary artifacts. The candidate should be adept at formulating analytics and MI to support project and program managers, and be capable of operating independently to define concepts under the guidance of program/project managers. To excel in this position, the candidate must have a high-level graduate degree, with a background in business analysis, project management, or test management processes. Experience in the financial services sector, particularly with a sound understanding of fund accounting platforms and principles, is essential. The role requires a professional with team management skills, resource planning and management experience, and the ability to design process and operational models. Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence, as well as the ability to lead projects and be aware of operational risk scenarios, is also necessary.
