Interim Head of Philanthropy

The Company is seeking a Head of Philanthropy to lead its strategic philanthropy and major giving initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive philanthropy plan that is in line with the organization's priorities and income targets. This role involves managing a portfolio of major donors, overseeing trust and foundation fundraising, and driving the development of corporate partnerships. The Head of Philanthropy will work closely with senior leadership to refine fundraising approaches, ensure high-quality stewardship of key supporters, and analyze and report on philanthropy performance to optimize income and engagement. Applicants for the Head of Philanthropy position at the company should have a proven track record in senior-level fundraising, with a focus on major donor relationship management. The role requires demonstrable success in securing substantial income from various philanthropic sources, including trusts, foundations, and grant-making bodies. Experience in developing and managing corporate partnerships, as well as strong strategic planning and communication skills, are essential. The position is temporary and offers a hybrid work model, with a 3-month contract and a work pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
