Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its organization and provide strategic, administrative, risk, and financial leadership. Reporting to the board, the CEO will guide long-term strategy and oversee plan design, funding, communications, valuations, policy, risk, investments, and administration. The role includes advising the board, stewarding a bicameral governance structure, and maintaining effective relationships with service providers and stakeholders. The CEO will also lead organizational change and inspire a small, experienced team focused on service excellence and long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate will bring senior-level leadership experience, preferably in corporate services such as human resources, legal, or finance. Relevant backgrounds may include government, the public sector, financial services, or member-focused organizations, with familiarity with defined-benefit pensions considered valuable. Strong communication and advisory skills are essential, including the ability to explain complex issues clearly, build consensus in ambiguous situations, and cultivate trusted relationships. Candidates should also demonstrate sound judgment, strategic leadership, and the ability to guide high-performing teams.
