Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Greater Evanston, WY Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial operations and oversee accounting, budgeting, reimbursement, treasury, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, evaluating vendor and managed-care contracts, supporting long-range planning and major investments, and directing budget development and cash-flow management. The CFO will oversee financial administration and related business services, coordinate funding and insurance, and ensure reimbursement reporting meets regulatory requirements. The role also involves advising organizational leadership, participating in labor and benefits cost discussions, and guiding teams toward strong financial performance. Candidates should have at least five years of progressively responsible experience managing financial functions and programs in a healthcare facility. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required; an MBA in accounting or finance is preferred, though extensive experience may be considered in its place. FHFMA or CPA certification is preferred. Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, strategic thinking, decision-making, and results-focused skills are essential.
