Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Global Chief Financial Officer to partner with executive leadership on strategy, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation. The role leads the global finance organization, including financial planning, controllership, treasury, tax, audit, and financial operations. Responsibilities include strengthening financial discipline and public-company readiness, modernizing finance processes and technology, and improving performance management and resource allocation across global markets. The CFO will also guide capital planning and liquidity, lead strategic transactions such as acquisitions and divestitures, and develop a strong finance leadership team. Candidates should have experience as a public-company or large-enterprise CFO, or in a similarly broad senior finance leadership role, with a record of leading growth, transformation, and strategic change. The role requires global and matrixed operating experience, expertise in capital markets, treasury, and balance-sheet management, and meaningful M&A experience spanning execution, financing, and integration. Experience with IPO preparation or public-company readiness is highly desirable, as is familiarity with complex professional services or multi-stakeholder business models. Strong judgment, integrity, strategic perspective, and the ability to lead teams and execute effectively under pressure are essential.
