The Company is seeking a Managing Partner (Proprietor) to join their team. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a deep passion for fresh, quality food and a commitment to exceptional customer service. This role is pivotal in maintaining the brand's high standards, and the Managing Partner will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management, including P&L, staff management, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of both employees and guests. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a managerial role, with a preference for those with General Manager experience in a full casual dining or casual plus environment. Key responsibilities for the Managing Partner (Proprietor) include managing all employees, maintaining high employment quality standards, implementing security protocols, responding to guest complaints, and developing initiatives to enhance sales and guest counts. The role also involves overseeing the restaurant's administrative requirements, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and actively promoting the company's principles and beliefs. The candidate should be a team-oriented individual with strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills, and must be able to work a flexible schedule. A combination of a winning personality, professional dedication, and a team-oriented attitude is essential for this position.
