The Company is seeking a Vice President, Fixed Income Division Chief Operating Officer to drive business planning, strategy, and priorities, including the effective use of capital, balance sheet, and liquidity resources. The role oversees operating, financial, administrative, and reporting procedures and controls, and works with business leaders and partner teams to align systems, processes, and staffing with strategic and operational objectives. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, reporting key matters to leadership, and ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and managed. The successful candidate will also support regulatory compliance, uphold internal policies and controls, foster appropriate conduct, and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships. Applicants should have at least a bachelor’s degree in STEM or economics, with lending exposure and a strong understanding of lending processes preferred. The role requires excellent attention to detail, ownership, organization, initiative, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience navigating complex front-office environments, such as deal teams or structuring, is valuable, as is familiarity with financial statements and capital or liquidity calculations. Proficiency with Excel or Power BI, business writing, and presentation skills will also be beneficial.
