The Company, a global leader in the manufacturing of high-precision parts and assemblies, is seeking an SVP for Corporate Management Systems and Quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development and global standardization of the company's management systems. This includes the evolution of global standards, their effective implementation, and the support of international entities in their sustainable application. The role also involves leading the global audit program, coordinating both internal and external audits, and serving as the primary contact for certification bodies and auditors. The SVP will work closely with the Board of Management, divisions, and international locations to drive continuous improvement in management systems and will oversee the development of management reviews, key performance indicators, and reporting structures. Applicants for this senior leadership position should have a technical or business degree, or a comparable qualification, and a minimum of 5 years' of leadership experience in management systems, quality management, or audit management, particularly within the automotive industry. A strong background in relevant management system standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001 is essential, as is experience with certification bodies. The role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with all levels of the organization, and a proactive approach to driving change. A Lead Auditor qualification is advantageous, and the candidate must be fluent in English and willing to travel internationally.
