Vice President of Technology

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Technology to lead enterprise systems, digital capabilities, and operational IT. The role will shape and execute technology strategy, oversee platforms, software development, integrations, cloud environments, and daily IT operations, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Responsibilities include setting standards for architecture, security, risk management, continuity, and compliance; directing technology programs and investments; and managing external providers. The executive will also build and mentor a technology organization focused on reliable service, collaboration, and innovation. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and have at least 15 years of progressive IT experience, including at least eight years leading multiple enterprise technology functions. They should have a record of delivering technology strategies and large-scale programs that improve operations and support business transformation. Strong experience in budget ownership, vendor management, and technology investment planning is required. Working knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software delivery, and IT service management is also expected; experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or corporate environments is preferred.
