Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide overall leadership and guide the organization’s growth and professionalization. The CEO will translate strategic goals into clear responsibilities, processes, and priorities, strengthen collaboration and management capabilities, and foster a culture of transparency, entrepreneurship, and excellence. Responsibilities include supporting organic growth, improving operational effectiveness and production processes, and overseeing financial performance, including P&L, financial KPIs, and long-term objectives. The CEO will also work closely with technical and commercial teams and represent the organization in discussions with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Candidates should have at least five years of experience as a CEO or senior manager in an industrial environment; experience in machine building is an asset. The role requires proven P&L responsibility, knowledge of financial KPIs and budgeting, and a record of supporting profitable growth and organizational development. Candidates should have an affinity for engineering, production, or technical solutions, along with strong people-management, communication, and change-leadership skills. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, while French or German is an advantage.
