The Company is seeking a dedicated and development-oriented professional for a combined role as an IT Security Manager/CISO and IT Support. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in a technical IT role who are looking to advance in the field of IT security, or for those already involved in security matters and seeking a diverse role with both strategic and operational components. The successful candidate will support the company's Swedish organization, which includes 13 subsidiaries and approximately 1,700 employees, and will be part of a skilled IT team, working closely with the international IT security function. Key responsibilities for the role include supporting and developing work related to ISO 27001 and NIS2, creating and documenting security processes, conducting IT and security audits, identifying risks, and promoting security awareness within the organization. The role also involves providing qualified IT support, managing support cases, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to the development of IT environments and practices. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical IT role, a strong interest in IT security, and a drive to establish and maintain sustainable work practices. A background in IT or equivalent experience, proficiency in Swedish and English, and a B driver's license are required.
