The role demands a leader with strong technical and interpersonal leadership abilities, as well as the capacity to lead teams, including coaching, delegation, and performance management. A BA in a related field, 10+ years of accounting experience, and 2+ years of supervisory or project lead experience are required. A CPA is preferred, and an MBA or master's degree in a related field is a plus. The ideal candidate will also have experience with a range of accounting software and be highly proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks Online, and various other financial and business management applications.
