The Company is in need of an Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide executive financial leadership during a pivotal phase of growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be a strategic yet hands-on finance leader, serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team on financial strategy, business performance, and operational initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading all accounting and finance functions, overseeing financial close processes, managing cash flow and working capital, and driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. The role also involves strengthening internal controls, financial governance, and risk management processes, as well as leading ERP optimization and financial process improvement initiatives. Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA and/or MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, including roles such as CFO, VP Finance, Corporate Controller, or Plant Controller, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and cost accounting, demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, and experience in leading ERP projects. Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to partner with executive leadership and influence strategic business decisions.
