Senior Vice President of Finance

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Finance to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and operational maturity. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the financial strategy, infrastructure, and operating discipline necessary for the company's expansion, particularly in the context of strategic acquisitions. This executive position demands a leader with a strong background in finance, capable of influencing enterprise decisions and building a scalable finance organization. The role involves direct partnership with the CEO, Board, institutional investors, and senior operating leadership, and requires a focus on enterprise planning, forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, and performance management across a multi-entity organization. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Finance role at the company should have 15 to 20 years' of progressive finance and/or accounting experience, with a significant leadership component. Direct financial leadership experience within a project-based professional services business, particularly in architecture and engineering, is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with institutional investors, including private equity, growth equity, or venture capital stakeholders, and leading finance teams in a complex, multi-location environment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with a strong skill set in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, and business performance management. The role also demands meaningful experience in supporting an acquisition-driven organization, including all aspects of the acquisition process from due diligence to post-integration.
