The Company is seeking a Chair for its Supervisory Board, a key leadership role that involves overseeing the board's activities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining a strong, professional governance culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the board, chairing meetings, and setting the agenda in collaboration with the Managing Director. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of governance issues, particularly in the healthcare sector, and a strong affinity for digitalization and ICT infrastructure. The Chair will also be involved in the evaluation and quality assurance of the board's performance and will play a pivotal role in the recruitment of new members. Candidates for the Chair position should have a background in managerial or supervisory roles within (semi-)public organizations, with a preference for experience in healthcare, welfare, ICT, or regional partnerships. Core competencies include leadership, independence, integrity, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a balanced, reliable, and authoritative figure, with a proven track record in organizational development and a strong ability to connect with diverse stakeholders. The role demands a high level of commitment, including availability for regular meetings, additional consultations, and the flexibility to represent the organization in various activities.
