Vice President, CUSO Mortgage Servicing & Originations

The Company is seeking a Vice President to provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for its mortgage servicing business and future mortgage origination initiatives. The role oversees servicing operations, portfolio onboarding and conversions, technology, risk management, compliance, financial performance, and client development. The Vice President will establish performance measures and service standards, lead profitability and growth initiatives, and build a scalable, well-controlled operation. Responsibilities also include developing the roadmap for mortgage originations and advising executive leadership and the board on strategy, performance, risk, and growth. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 12 years of progressive experience in mortgage servicing, mortgage banking, or a related industry, including senior management, and at least nine years of leadership or supervisory experience are required. Applicants should bring advanced experience with servicing operations, large-scale conversions or technology implementations, financial and P&L management, business development, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Strong strategic thinking, change leadership, communication, and team-development skills are essential; experience with credit union operations, mortgage originations, and secondary markets is preferred.
