This leadership role is pivotal in supporting a diverse portfolio of global hedge fund, fund of funds, and hybrid fund clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of fund administration services, ensuring timely and accurate NAV production, and maintaining a strong control environment. Key responsibilities include managing internal operations, overseeing client deliverables, and leading a team to drive talent development, operational excellence, and risk management. The role also involves strategic initiatives such as process transformation, management reporting, and BCP to enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree and/or professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA being a plus. A minimum of 8 years' experience in an accounting or financial services environment, with at least 3 years in a people management role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hedge fund administration, including performance fee calculations and a deep understanding of alternative investment products and their accounting treatments. Proven leadership, client management, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to drive operational excellence and business objectives.
