The Company is seeking a Principal Agentic AI Engineer, also known as an Associate Vice President in Software Engineering and Development, to play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of its AI platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the target-state architecture of the Agentic AI platform, establishing engineering standards, and leading the delivery of strategic AI solutions. This includes areas such as prompt engineering, agent orchestration, memory, tool integration, and multi-agent collaboration. The role is critical in ensuring that the AI platform is secure, governed, and reusable, enabling the organization to harness the full potential of AI in automating knowledge-intensive work and decision-making. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field and at least 10 years' of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, data engineering, or related technology roles. Deep knowledge of agent orchestration, planning, and design, as well as hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in Python, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native engineering, and experience with AI and data technologies such as vector databases and knowledge graphs. A background in financial services or a large-scale regulated enterprise is preferred.
