The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a range of innovative AI applications, including conversational AI, intelligent document processing, and workflow automation. This role involves working closely with solution architects and technical leads to build scalable, secure, and production-ready applications that address real business challenges. Key responsibilities include enterprise AI solution delivery, integration, data and security, engineering quality and operations, as well as collaboration and continuous improvement. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' professional software engineering experience. A strong background in Python is required, with experience in Java and Node.js being desirable. The role demands hands-on proficiency in modern web development, application architecture, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and various database technologies. Experience with AI and machine learning, particularly in the context of RAG and intelligent automation, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in enterprise integration, CI/CD, and Agile delivery, as well as practical experience with AI evaluation, security controls, and production troubleshooting.
