The Company is in search of a Head of Banking Technologies to lead the strategic transformation of its core banking, payments, and cards platforms. This senior management role is pivotal in modernizing legacy systems, driving the adoption of cutting-edge engineering practices, and building high-performing engineering teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of modern engineering practices and cloud-native solutions, ensuring that the platforms are resilient, secure, and scalable. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, product, architecture, risk, and compliance, is essential to deliver technology solutions that meet regulatory requirements. The role also involves managing vendor relationships, representing engineering at senior governance levels, and championing talent development within the organization.
