The successful candidate will be responsible for client leadership, integrated delivery and execution, governance, and performance management. They must be adept at leading through influence, creating clarity in complex environments, and driving results through teams that do not sit within a traditional reporting structure. The role also involves identifying and driving new value creation opportunities and expanding the company's impact within client organizations. Applicants for the VP, Integrated Supply Chain position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare supply chain, hospital operations, consulting, or related fields. The role requires a proven track record of leading complex, multi-site environments and large-scale transformation initiatives, as well as the ability to operate within highly matrixed organizations and influence without direct authority.
