Assistant Vice President, Senior Systems Development Manager Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Systems Development Manager to join its dynamic and purpose-driven team. The successful candidate will be part of the Listing Systems team, which is dedicated to the design and implementation of application systems for the Listing Division. This role involves full software development lifecycle activities, including the production support and enhancement of mission-critical web and cloud application systems. The Senior Systems Development Manager will be responsible for managing and participating in all SDLC phases, leading and coaching junior team members, and liaising with IT teams, business users, and external vendors. Applicants must have a degree in computer science, MIS, IT, or related disciplines, with a minimum of 8 years of solid IT experience, particularly in supporting and maintaining mission-critical business applications. The role requires hands-on experience in application development using Java, JavaScript, .Net framework, and Oracle database/SQL Servers, as well as a strong understanding of microservice architecture, container-based application design, and cloud technologies. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Maven, GIT, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a strong team player, and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is also required.
